Cancellation Policy

If cancelled 15 days before Check-In Date: Zero Cancellation Fee would be applicable.
f cancelled between 10 Days before Check-In Date: 50% of the full booking Amount would be charged as Cancellation fee.
If cancelled less than 05 Days before Check-In Date: 100% of the full booking Amount would be charged as Cancellation Fee.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed only in Woodland Cottage.
Cleaning Charges: A cleaning charge of ₹2,000 will be levied for deep cleaning of the room after the pet’s stay.
Pet Food: Guests are requested to carry their own pet food. Any food ordered from the resort’s restaurant for pets will be charged additionally.
Hygiene & Behavior: Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring that their pets do not disturb the comfort and decorum of the resort.
Restricted Areas: For the comfort and convenience of all guests, pets are strictly not allowed in common areas such as the café, swimming pool, and restaurant.

Payment Policy

Important Points

Kindly inform all the guests that they must produce a photo ID at the time of check-in & that should match the guest’s name on this booking.
The hotel management may release blockings without prior notice, in the event of nonReceipt of advance deposit.
Resort cannot be held responsible for any mishap/damage/injury/loss of life during any Outdoor adventure/safari/activity or during transit before check-in or after check out.
Jim Corbett National Park booking is subject to availability and weather conditions. The resort cannot be held responsible in the event of any cancellation/delay in permits/non-entry due to strike etc. because of Park authorities.
Hotel/Resort's management has sole discretion to change/amend/alter the above rates Without notice, during long weekends/festive periods/New year/Christmas, etc
Resort is situated in an ecologically sensitive zone, surrounded by rich wildlife and a protected reserve forest. To help conserve and appreciate the natural beauty of this environment, it is essential that we all follow the rules and precautions established by the forest authorities. We kindly urge all our guests to adhere strictly to these guidelines—for their own safety as well as the protection of the local flora and fauna.
Corbett National Park & the areas along its periphery are declared as Silence Zone and the park & government regulations restrict us from doing sound-based activity which might cause disturbance to the nature around us. Hence, playing of sound docks or any amplified or loud sounds in the open area is strictly prohibited in the Resort
